How Do You Sign Up to Become a Pilot?
If you have wondered just how to sign up or get more information to become a pilot here is what you do...!
The first step to living your dream of
becoming a pilot is...
visit...www.TeachMeToFly.com .
You will find out what American
Winds offers you as a student pilot.
The site has a basic overview of the
flight training courses, ground school and AW's fleet. Take note of what
questions you want to ask and give us a
call at 330-733-2500.
Meet with an American Winds Instructor...this is a chance to meet one-on-one with a Certified Flight Instructor and tour the facility.
Your instructor/guide will give you background on his/her experiences as a career pilot. Ask as many questions as you can think of...and if you forget something call us! Instructors are knowledgeable in the field of aviation and have completed all of the FAA standardized testing.

After the ground time...it is a great idea to take a discovery flight with an instructor.
Sign up...After you have decided to officially take this significant step, we will work with you to finish all the necessary paperwork. American Winds staff members will go over financial aid, if you qualify, and sign an enrollment agreement.
